Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, we make every possible effort to show the characteristics of the articles (colors, textures…) in a more realistic way.

How can I return an item?

The customer has 15 calendar days after receiving his order to return his item, without having to justify the reason for the same.

To make your return you must contact by email to geral@henriquerelvas.pt and wait for our instructions.

You must never send your order back to us without our authorization, therefore we will not be responsible for the non-arrival of the same.

Customers are responsible for returning the product(s), transporting them at their own expense. In this case, the return must be made in the same packaging, under the conditions in which it was delivered. All returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received. If signs of damage or misuse are detected, Henrique Relvas reserves the right not to issue a refund or exchange.

Henrique Relvas is not responsible for lost orders, so we recommend that you send them by registered mail.

Only the value of the parts is refunded.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

If the item or size you want is sold out, it may be available again, so we recommend that you visit the page often.
